This review is from: Chicco Trevi Stroller, Adventure (Baby Product) I was looking for a stroller that would keep baby comfortable, grow with us, and be easy to use. Our son has outgrown his infant car seat and I need something to drive him around in. He loves his new ride! pros- The one handed recline is not flat but just about. -It is heavy enough (22pounds) to hang purse, diaper bag on the handles and not have it tip when baby comes out. -You don't have to use the 5 pt harness, you can make it 3pt. -It rides smooth on roads; paved and dirt (within reason- definitely not for trails or sand) you can kind of feel the tred on smooth floors but the ride is still smooth. -Green color is attractive. -Handles, while not adjustable are comfortable (I'm 5'8"), the grip feels good. This stroller handles great with one hand. -The tray is great for entertaining toddlers with cheerios and gold fish! And if you really don't like the tray for whatever reason it is completely removable... All the strollers I was initially attracted to were, of course, well out of my budget at $600-$700. Crazy! And I was disappointed over and over by the quality of the materials and tubing I found in the other strollers that are in my price range. Then last night I saw this in "another store" and felt immediately that it was everything I had in mind. It's solid-looking and feeling, well-designed, an attractive color palette, and *most important*, it fits in the back of my SUV that has 3rd row seating (not a lot of space). It folds up like an umbrella stroller, but doesn't look like one when it's unfolded. Another really important factor is that I'm 5'7" and my husband is 6'5". We both feel comfortable with the height of the handles, which was a pleasant surprise. I was more concerned about finding a stroller that was tall enough for him than for me. The Trevi is not bulky, and it doesn't... Read more 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Chicco Trevi Stroller, Adventure (Baby Product) Bought this for our first child, hoping to use later as well. Easy to set up and use. Very durable; more stable than the Cortina felt in-store. Love the way it folds more compactly than most full-sized strollers, but you need two hands to set up and fold. Sunshade is very short, so add a Kiddopotamus "Ray Shade" to your list if you purchase this. |

Buckle Up! It is very important that baby or child be strapped and buckled up whenever they are in the stroller, even if you are only going a few steps. All it takes is an unexpected bump to make a spill, irregardless of your walking speed. It may seem tedious to keep doing this repeatedly, however, the t

The facet seems to work well for a girl as the blue is more of a turquoise color than a definitive blue (we'd like to keep it for our future children, so we picked the most gender neutral color). Also, my husband said the extra base that is ordered separately is easier to install than the one that comes with the system. Here are the pros and cons as I view them: pros: -This system is easy to figure out, even for someone as mechanically disinclined as myself -The wheels have held up against soft dirt, loose rocks, and bumpy asphalt thus far with no problems -The umbrella on the seat can be moved from up by the head to down by the feet, which is a great help with the sun (the umbrella on the stroller does not do this) -The seat fits in most shopping carts, and even "locks" onto some carts as it would in the car seat base -The carryall... It was easy to assembled and we really like the way the stroller folds, it seems to save space in our little car trunk. My baby wights about 25 lbs and he is 30.5 in tall, if we would of gotten the car seat that goes only up to 22 lb he would of outgrown it since he was 6 months; so, I'm glad we made the choice to go big because we'll use this one at least an other 3 or 4 months (he has only 1.5 in to grow before we need to change) I'm a little disappointed on the cushioning of both the stroller and the car seat, they are super hard and I don't think that my baby is very comfortable when we go out on trips or for rides I would of gladly paid an other 20 dollars to have better cushion on the travel system. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Safety 1st Aerolite Sports Travel System, Eiffel Rose (Baby Product) Bought it before she was born and she is now 9 months old. It has held up pretty well and she will outgrow the height of the chair before the weight, lol. The seat and base are very easy to install and the stroller is easy to operate. I would recommend buying the cushioned strap covers from Walmart or where ever as the harness can rub the side of the neck a bit. It is a little on the heavy side and the stroller is wide when rolling through door ways and narrow crowded spaces, but the steering is very easy and smooth. I get a lot of compliments on the color and design. The materials are sturdy and solid. I have not found a way to remove the stroller tray and the leg clearance is small so as she grows we will need to buy another stroller probably as her legs won't fit even though she is long and lanky and will not have out grown the weight rating. One problem we had with this item is the from wheel on the stroller fell off when the pin popped out. Couldn't... Read more |

Several years ago, we were looking for a stroller for my first child. We look over 50 different brands and models all over SoCal, no kidding (my husband is VERY picky). We found this one, overall was the best for our necessities. Let me tell you, after 3 years the ONLY complaint that I have is you can't overload the basket at the bottom because it falls. But hey, this stroller survived 2 kids and still looks awesome for a third one! BEST PURCHASE EVER!! My kids loved it, I love it and after this baby I am going to sell it on Craig List...that's called "GOOD INVESTMENT" 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Graco Quattro Tour Travel System with Snugride30, Carlise (Baby Product) We bought this car seat and stroller duo because we were trying to save money, and boy are we happy we did! The snugride car seat is one of the safest rated car seats and is not too heavy to carry around. The stroller maneuvers really well because of its large wheels and is a pleasure to take walks with. It has a huge basket underneath and reclines fully so that even newborns can go for a stroll. The car seat clips on and off very easily which makes transferring a sleeping baby no big deal. I especially like the convenient cell phone/keys compartment on the handle. All in all, this is a great product for a great price! 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: This review is from: Graco Quattro Tour Travel System with Snugride30, Carlise (Baby Product) Super soft and has a little extra padding than some of the other travel systems. We had a hand me down stroller with our first and you get what you pay for! So we splurged with this one and would do it again if we had to! I would recommmend to anyone!! |
